As HubSpot Partners, we build strong GTM foundations on HubSpot, alongside tools like Clay and other best-in-class sources of truth enabling measurable sales and marketing velocity and the ability to test more advanced, AI-driven GTM approaches.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to become a world class go to market expert and build how companies run.
This role is for you if you have:
A passion for systems, structure, processes design and automation.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or have experience with similar tools and can learn extremely fast).
An analytical mind with strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (required).
A Self-starter mentality with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
You’re excited to experiment with AI tools and turn them into practical, scalable operational solutions.
You love this space and want to build an awesome career being known as the person who has the insight and strategy and can then execute it across growing companies and systems.
You must have example projects you have built in this space either at work (preferred) or in your personal life. They need to be robust, real and complex automations you have built hands-on.
Your day to day will focus on:
Designing, building, and optimizing workflows and processes primarily built on Hubspot, Clay, Make and other similar platforms.
Owning and maintaining integrations between HubSpot and tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n.
Analyzing operational and revenue data to create dashboards and reports that support internal and client decision-making.
Supporting and executing client-facing RevOps and automation projects, from implementation through ongoing optimization.
Working with clients to understand and define their needs and translate them into actionable projects that will deliver results.
The position is based in Israel and is a mix of on-site and remote.
