AI is rewriting how companies operate — and at Avero, we're at the front of that shift. We're looking for someone who wants to build real AI-powered workflows for B2B startups, using Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, and everything in between. This is not a "prompt engineering" role. It's a hands-on role for someone who wants to build AI systems that actually run in production.

This role is for you if
AI genuinely excites you — you experiment on your own time
You think in workflows — automation, logic, systems
You've used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
You take ownership — you see a problem and solve it
Your English is strong — we communicate in English with clients daily
You want to build a career in GTM automation and AI ops
What you'll do
Build AI-powered workflows for our clients — using Claude Code, ChatGPT API, Gemini, and n8n to automate real business processes
Design and implement multi-step AI agents — prospecting agents, content pipelines, CRM enrichment, data extraction
Translate client needs into working systems — scope the project, build it, own it end-to-end
Connect AI to the tools clients already use — HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Clay, Make.com
Stay ahead of the curve — new models, new tools, new capabilities — you bring the updates to the team
