Stop discovering renewals two weeks before they expire. Structured pipeline, 90/60/30-day alerts.
Zero missed renewals
Key outcome this project is built to deliver.
Medium
Project scope: typically 25-45 hrs of implementation.
04
Project number in the Avero GTM catalog.
CS
Primary function this project serves.
The problem
Renewal management lives in spreadsheets and is always reactive.
What this looks like in practice
The pipeline is time-based: a renewal moves from Pending to 90 days out to Approach because the calendar says so, with notifications firing at each transition. Every renewal has an owner on creation, and expansion deals cannot close without linking back to their renewal.
We separated renewals from new business for a DevOps company with alerts starting 90 days out, and built the renewal process from scratch for a payments FinTech that had been discovering expiry dates in spreadsheets. Both stopped losing renewals to surprise.
This project is part of our Revenue Operations work.
Revenue operations is the function that makes pipeline, forecast, and retention measurable with one agreed set of definitions. We usually run it as part of our fractional GTM ops team: one data model across marketing, sales, and customer success, so those three stop arguing about whose number is right.
How we work
01 / Audit
1–2 hrs
We start by understanding your current state.
Before building anything, we map what exists today: your tools, your data, your processes, and where the gaps are. This shapes everything downstream.
Current stack and integrations reviewed
Process gaps and bottlenecks identified
Success criteria defined with your team
02 / Build 25-45 hrs
We build the system and get it live.
Implementation is hands-on: we build directly in your tools, not in a sandbox. You see real outputs at every step, not mockups.
Full implementation in your existing stack
Data quality verified before going live
Team walkthrough and handoff documentation
Outcome. Zero missed renewals, measured against your baseline from the audit phase.
03 / Expand
scoped after live
Once live, we identify what to build next.
Most projects open up adjacent work once the core is running. We scope expansion work after seeing real results, not before.
