Real-time alerts for every revenue moment: hot leads, stale deals, at-risk accounts, renewals.
Revenue moment alerts
Key outcome this project is built to deliver.
Medium
Project scope: typically 25-45 hrs of implementation.
31
Project number in the Avero GTM catalog.
RevOps
Primary function this project serves.
The problem
Revenue-critical moments get missed because the right person gets no signal at the right time.
What this looks like in practice
The design rule is one signal, one owner, one action. Alerts route to the person who can act, carry the context to act with, and create a task when action is required rather than assuming someone saw the message.
The furthest version of this runs at a fundraising platform, where an AI agent proposes the right CSM for each new campaign and posts it to Slack for one-click confirmation before anything touches the CRM. Same principle: the notification is the workflow, not a broadcast.
This project is part of our GTM Ops work.
GTM ops is the day-to-day operations of your go-to-market on HubSpot: revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations and customer success operations. It is the core of our fractional GTM ops team: reserved hours every month to keep the system running and improving, with a senior consultant who owns your account.
How we work
01 / Audit
1–2 hrs
We start by understanding your current state.
Before building anything, we map what exists today: your tools, your data, your processes, and where the gaps are. This shapes everything downstream.
Current stack and integrations reviewed
Process gaps and bottlenecks identified
Success criteria defined with your team
02 / Build 25-45 hrs
We build the system and get it live.
Implementation is hands-on: we build directly in your tools, not in a sandbox. You see real outputs at every step, not mockups.
Full implementation in your existing stack
Data quality verified before going live
Team walkthrough and handoff documentation
Outcome. Revenue moment alerts, measured against your baseline from the audit phase.
03 / Expand
scoped after live
Once live, we identify what to build next.
Most projects open up adjacent work once the core is running. We scope expansion work after seeing real results, not before.
