Your best prospects are mislabeled. 30–60% of contacts have no stage. Foundation for everything downstream.

The problem
Half your database has no lifecycle stage, so nothing downstream works correctly.
What this looks like in practice
Marketing and sales sign off on one definition per stage before anything is built, because shared definitions are the deliverable; the workflows just enforce them. Backfill covers the existing database, so reporting starts whole instead of starting from now.
This was the foundation layer when we built a newly funded FinTech's GTM stack from scratch: stages and statuses first, because scoring, routing, and every dashboard downstream inherit their honesty from this one build.
This project is part of our GTM Engineering work.
GTM engineering is the practice of building go-to-market systems with the same rigor as product engineering. Instead of configuring tools and hoping they hold, we design one architecture that carries a lead from first touch to booked meeting, then document it so your team owns it.
How we work
01 / Audit
1–2 hrs
We start by understanding your current state.
Before building anything, we map what exists today: your tools, your data, your processes, and where the gaps are. This shapes everything downstream.
Current stack and integrations reviewed
Process gaps and bottlenecks identified
Success criteria defined with your team
02 / Build 10-20 hrs
We build the system and get it live.
Implementation is hands-on: we build directly in your tools, not in a sandbox. You see real outputs at every step, not mockups.
Full implementation in your existing stack
Data quality verified before going live
