20–40% of contacts have no owner. Auto-routing turns days into minutes for first contact.
Inbound leads sit unowned for days because routing is manual or broken.
Routing rules assign every inbound lead in minutes: by territory, segment, and capacity, with a fallback owner so nothing sits unclaimed. The rules live in workflows, not in a spreadsheet someone maintains, so they survive headcount changes.
This was part of the SDR process we implemented end to end for a Series A FinTech whose COO had been doing CRM work between everything else. Leads stopped waiting on a human dispatcher who had nine other jobs.
This project is part of our GTM Engineering work.
GTM engineering is the practice of building go-to-market systems with the same rigor as product engineering. Instead of configuring tools and hoping they hold, we design one architecture that carries a lead from first touch to booked meeting, then document it so your team owns it.
