Two-dimensional model (fit + engagement) sends SDRs to the right contacts first.

The problem
SDRs waste time on low-fit leads because there is no prioritization model.
What this looks like in practice
The model is two-dimensional: fit and engagement score separately, because a perfect-fit contact who has gone quiet needs different handling from an engaged one outside the ICP. Thresholds trigger routing and lifecycle changes, not just a number on a record.
For a DevOps company we built two-tier event scoring where a badge scan and a real conversation score differently, anchored with static lists after finding that later low-value actions could overwrite a higher score. A security client's version had to tell a serious buyer from a curious click, and did.
This project is part of our HubSpot Audit work.
A HubSpot audit is a structured review of your instance against the revenue process it is supposed to serve. We examine the data model, lifecycle stages, scoring, automation, and reporting, then hand you findings ranked by what each one is costing you. It takes about two weeks.
How we work
01 / Audit
1–2 hrs
We start by understanding your current state.
Before building anything, we map what exists today: your tools, your data, your processes, and where the gaps are. This shapes everything downstream.
Current stack and integrations reviewed
Process gaps and bottlenecks identified
Success criteria defined with your team
02 / Build 25-45 hrs
We build the system and get it live.
Implementation is hands-on: we build directly in your tools, not in a sandbox. You see real outputs at every step, not mockups.
Full implementation in your existing stack
Data quality verified before going live
Team walkthrough and handoff documentation
Outcome. Right contacts first, measured against your baseline from the audit phase.
03 / Expand
scoped after live
Once live, we identify what to build next.
Most projects open up adjacent work once the core is running. We scope expansion work after seeing real results, not before.
